Hi, I'm Gem,

After 18 years in Peimary Education, including 13 years in senior leadership and Headship, I made the decision to leave the classroom and create a life that aligned more closely with my values.

Today, I support women through coaching, events and community, helping them to grow with confidence, lead with purpose and navigate life's transitions.  

Within GLY, I also created Stanley's Sound Suitcase, a playful phonics and Early Literacy Programme inspired by my love of teaching and my son.  It allows me to continue supporting children and families while building a business that reflects every part of who I am.  

Both GLY and Stanley's Sound Suitcase are rooted in the same belief: that with the right support, encouragement and opportunity, people can grow, develop and achieve their goals.
